Welcome to FMA Australia’s online Events Registration, Membership Directory, Membership Details management and Membership Renewal. Please find below a brief outline on the use of each of these. Event Registration (Members and Non-Members)
To find an event click on Events in the menu at the top of this page, then click on Search in the menu to the left hand side of the page. You can search for events by name, by location or by dates. You will then be able to select the Event that you wish to register for by clicking on the event name, this will take you to the Event Registration page. Once in the Event Registration page you will be able to download a registration form or follow the prompts to register online. Please note: you do not need to be logged in to view events, but you will need to login to register.

Membership Directory (Members Only)
To find members in the Membership Directory click on Directory in the menu at the top of this page, then click on Search in the menu to the left hand side of the page. Please note: you will need to login to view the Membership Directory.
Members will find that, by default, their details do not appear in the Membership Directory - this is done to protect the privacy of any members who may not wish their details to be available. Members need to choose to make their record available for other members to see. If you choose to do this, the information that will be available will be:
- your name
- your organisation
- your email address
- your business phone number
- your state branch
- your position
- your level of FM Accreditation
- your website address
To make your information available, click on your name or your member number in the menu to the left hand side of this page. Once you are in your Membership Details page, click on the Edit button, which can be found toward the top of the page. At the bottom of the Personal Information section you will find an option called Exclude From Directory which will currently be ticked. If you untick this box and then click on the Submit button your details will become available in the directory. You can choose to exclude yourself from the directory again at any time.

Reviewing and Updating Your Membership/Contact Details (Members and Non-Members)
To review your Membership Details click on your name or ID in the menu to the left hand side of this page. Once you are in your Membership Details page, you can update your details by clicking on the Edit button, which can be found toward the top of the page. You will then be able to make any changes required to your details and save them by clicking the Submit button. Please note: you will need to login to view/update your Membership/Contact details.
Members Only: For the purposes of reporting about who our members are and knowing what you want, FMA Australia is collecting an FM Profile about all our members. If you could take a moment to complete this profile it would be greatly appreciated. To complete your FM profile, click on your name or ID in the menu to the left hand side of this page. Once you are in your Membership Details page, click on the More Info button, which can be found toward the top of the page. The first option here will be FM Profile, click on this and you will be able to complete/update your profile. When you are finished, click on Update to save your changes.

Membership Renewal (Members Only)
To pay your Annual Membership Fees, click on your name or ID in the menu to the left hand side of this page. This will take you to your Membership Details page. Then click on the Billing button toward the top of the page, this will take you to the Annual Membership Fees payment page. You will be able to follow the prompts for Membership Renewal from there. Please note: you will need to login to renew your Membership.
Please note that online payments of Annual Membership Fees can take up to 24 hours to process. This means that an outstanding Annual Membership Fees balance may continue to be shown on the Annual Membership Fees payment page for 24 hours after you have put through your payment. Please do not attempt to put through a second payment!
