FM Challenges in a Historical Building FMA Australia Victorian Branch is excited to be hosting a breakfast presentation and site tour of the magnificent State Library of Victoria. Join Ray Cantwell, the State Library of Victoria's Building and Services Manager - People and Property for a presentation on the FM challenges such as air conditioning and associated conerns in a "void space" along with the other many challenges and solutions of looking after a historical and iconic building which is both open to the public and part of a working community.
